What you'll do
- Edit short-form video daily — hooks, captions, pacing, sound
- Create AI video with tools like Higgsfield, Runway and Kling
- Come up with original ideas, test them fast and double down on winners
- Grow into owning creative direction across the marketing team
Who you are
- Is fast in CapCut (or similar) and knows what makes a hook work
- Comes up with ideas that get views — not just follows briefs
- Can show content they made that actually performed
- Takes ownership, hits deadlines and takes feedback well
