The ideal candidate
- Fluent with Claude (or ChatGPT/Cowork-style AI) and a genuinely strong prompter — you break big tasks into clear instructions
- A strong writer who can switch between brand voices and match a tone exactly
- Comfortable building the tools the team relies on — dashboards, trackers, internal software, and automations
- Organized and self-directed — you own outcomes without being told each step
- Obsessive about quality — you check, fact-check, and edit AI output before it ships, never paste slop
- Fast-moving, curious, and hands-on with new tools
What you'd actually do
- Build internal dashboards, trackers, and reusable tools the whole team runs on
- Produce and repurpose content across our brands using Claude — captions, scripts, posts, articles, ad copy, and email
- Draft in the correct brand voice and maintain the writing-style profiles that keep it consistent
- Run research with AI — trends, competitors, sources — and turn it into usable briefs, reports, and summaries
- Build the documents the team relies on: reports, spreadsheets/trackers, slide decks, and PDFs
- Automate the repetitive stuff — scheduled/recurring tasks, browser automation for posting and data pulls, file processing
- Operate our connected tools through Claude (Slack, ClickUp, and others) so work flows without manual copy-paste
- Quality-control every output before it goes live — accuracy, brand fit, formatting, no errors
The mindset that thrives here
You treat Claude like a fast, tireless teammate that still needs clear direction and a careful editor. That editor is you. You naturally ask:
- What can I hand to Claude, and what needs my own judgment?
- Is this actually correct and on-brand before it ships?
- What repetitive task can I automate this week so I never do it by hand again?
- How do I turn this research into something the team can use today?
- What still needs to go out, and did everything land correctly?
Two things we're really looking for
1 — Building systems that make the team faster. You don't just do tasks — you remove them. Spotting repetitive work and automating it, building trackers, dashboards, and internal tools the whole team reuses, wiring up scheduled tasks so routine work runs itself, and documenting how it all works so it survives handoff.
2 — Producing on-brand output at volume. Taking a rough ask and turning it into finished, on-voice work fast — writing and repurposing across formats and brands without losing the tone, editing and fact-checking AI output so what ships is clean and correct, and keeping a steady, reliable pipeline that never stalls on you.

An initial 30-day probation period, with performance evaluated on quality and accuracy of output, consistency and reliability, communication, speed and initiative, and how well you use AI to remove work — not just do it.
