Personal Assistant
to the CEO.
Dubai. On-site.
Protect his time. Solve his problems. Run the day.
A fast-moving CEO needs one person he can hand things to and forget about. You'll be the front door: people come to you first, you handle what you can, delegate what you can't, and only bring him what actually needs him. The better you handle it, the more he hands you.
What you'll own
Six things. Do them well and the role grows around you.
His inbox and messages
Reply on his behalf, chase replies until things are done, and flag only what he needs to see.
Bookings and logistics
Drivers, flights, hotels, restaurants, appointments, deliveries. Booked, confirmed, handled.
Research with a recommendation
He asks a question, you come back with an answer and a suggested call, not a list of links.
Dubai admin
Visas, banks, government paperwork, utilities. You know the system or learn it fast.
Triage
You decide what's worth his time and route the rest to the right person on the team.
Problems, before they reach him
Plans change. Things break. You fix them first and report after.
A normal Tuesday
All of this, at the same time. None of it is a surprise to you.
If that list makes you want to grab a notepad and start sorting it, keep reading.
Is this you?
You're a strong fit if
- Organised and reliable every day, without being reminded
- You solve the problem first and report after
- Confident replying on someone else's behalf, in fluent English
- Discreet. What you see and hear stays with you
- Based in Dubai, with a UAE visa that allows freelance or contract work
- Ready to commit to one role, long-term
This isn't for you if
- You want to be told exactly what to do every day
- You're looking for remote or part-time
- You get flustered when plans change at the last minute
- You're between jobs and need something for a few months
Who you'll work with
I run a digital media business with a team across Europe, the Philippines and the US. I move fast and I don't micromanage. I need someone I can hand things to and trust they're done. The better you handle it, the more you'll own.”
